As your Support Coordinator, we focus on helping you build skills and connect with community resources and other government services. We work with you to negotiate with providers, finalize service agreements and bookings, and help you exercise choice and control over your care. Additionally, we can help you plan ahead for your next NDIS Plan review. Our goal is to ensure that you are making the most of your funded supports and getting the care that you need and deserve.
