The group home will be supported by qualified staff on 24/7 roster. House residents are supported as per their individualised needs and care plans which includes but not limited to:

• assistance with personal and routine tasks;
• medication administration and management;
• community access and participation;
• provision of specialised complex health care supports;

• assistance with organising, completing allied health supports such as nursing and therapy supports;
• work towards individualised goals to ensure continuous development for the participant is being achieved whilst back in the community
