Frequent Questions

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.

At Paramount Care we offer various care and support services. We offer in-home care, therapy supports such as occupational or speech pathology. Accommodation supports like respite care and shared living.  If you’re managing your NDIS plan on your own we can help by coordinating all of these to achieve better outcomes for you.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to help people get the support they need, so their skills and independence can be improved over time.

By helping with daily activities, our caregivers enable clients to maintain their normal daily routines. Hourly home care allows clients to use our caregivers on an hourly or as-needed basis. In their own home with their pets, and a familiar environment, our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their regular activities and continue living well at home.

If you are a Participant, guardian, Support Co-ordinator or Support Services provider, please call 1300 425 502 to co-ordinate a day/time suitable. Or you can email [email protected]or fill out one of our Contact form.

Yes.  If you already have support wokers in place we can discuss bringing them on board with us.

We offer competitive rates for evenings, weekends and sleep overs as well.  We pay our employees top rates so that we can ensure we get the best workers for you and your family.

Participants can choose to have a registered Plan Management provider to manage their funding and budget for the supports in their plan. Where a participant requests a Registered Plan Management Provider (RPMP) to administer their plan, the NDIA will give effect to this request without it being subject to the reasonable and necessary test under s34 of the NDIS Act.
